45% of College Students Say Violence Can Be Justified to Stop "Hate Speech"
Wimpy, misguided college students are arguing for something that is certainly not American.
The Buckley Institute's 2026 national survey of 803 full-time undergraduates, taken in September, found that 45% believe physical violence can be justified to stop someone from using “hate speech,” whatever that is, or making racially charged comments. That's up six points from 2025.
What is "hate speech"? Why should it be stopped? Whatever happened to the free exchange of ideas?
Do these goofballs only want to hear one worldview on campus? It certainly sounds that way. And if they hear something they disagree with, they apparently have no mechanism to properly deal with it.
Why is violence acceptable but speech isn't, cupcakes?
But we’re just getting started: 42% say political comments they disagree with can be harmful to their mental health.
Young people with iPhones and wifi, sipping lattes on their way to brunch, after sleeping until 10 are suffering from poor mental health because someone had a different viewpoint? Get outta here.
Now, some of these students are certainly virtue-signaling. They want others to think, "Wow. Suzie is so committed to the cause that she can't even function if she hears a conservative speak!"
So brave, right?
What an absolute clown show.
And what's their fixation on mental health, by the way? Almost everyone who has ever lived throughout world history could not relate to this way of thinking.
They were too busy living, trying to survive, fighting real unimagined problems.
Don't get me started on America's disproportionate fascination with mental health and mental health terms. This is one of the many consequences the of feminism, which has gone scorched-earth on this nation.
The adults in the room chuckle at the silliness being presented as seriousness from these students.

Two Ex-FBI Officials Are Charged With Lying to Congress About the Hunter Biden Investigations
It should be crystal clear by now that there was absolutely an attempt to bury and hide the Hunter Biden laptop story before the 2020 election.
Last week, two former FBI officials, Bradley Benavides and Nikki Floris, were each charged with one count of making false statements to Congress. Both held senior positions on the FBI's now-defunct Foreign Influence Task Force.
Prosecutors allege that in 2023 interviews with the House Judiciary Committee, the two lied about what they knew of the Hunter Biden investigations, including the laptop — even though they had real-time knowledge of what was going on.
According to Washington, DC, U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro, one of them claimed to have learned about the investigation from Wikipedia. Floris's attorneys call the charges "nonsense." And this week, Floris reportedly wept as she appeared in court.
But it's old news now. People have moved on to the next story.
They're busy living their own lives. Posting on social media.
Watching the World Series, the NFL, and the NBA — though definitely not the WNBA, which no one knows is still playing.
Or they’re binging Netflix when they get home after a day of work and running their kids to activities.
They forget that six years ago, the corporate media, social media, and allegedly even FBI officials got involved in covering up, hiding or minimizing the Hunter Biden laptop story — presumably to help Joseph Robinette Bribery win the 2020 election.
But of course, we knew this six years ago.
And they denied it.
Now there is very little doubt we were right — as usual.

An Appeals Court Won't Make California Set Aside 20,000 Ballots From Suspected Noncitizens
The Ninth Circus Court of Appeals rejected the DOJ's challenge to roughly 20,000 California mail-in ballots the government says likely came from noncitizens.
The court voted 2-1. The majority said it lacked jurisdiction because the government hadn't given the lower district court enough time to rule first. Gavin Newsom called the ruling a "welcome speed bump."
For those keeping score, this is yet another example of a case Trump has lost not on the merits, but on technical grounds.
We have to accept this reality: the left, the Deep State, and the lovers of big government have absolutely no interest in stopping illegal votes from being cast.
If you want to talk about an actual "threat to our democracy," this is it.
Every illegal ballot that is received cancels out a legal ballot. At best, it’s utterly insane to oppose cracking down on this sort of thing.
At worst, it’s treason.
And perhaps most telling of all, the same people who oppose sensible steps to prevent illegal ballots from being cast are arguing that Trump is the existential threat to our civilization.
The level of delusion required to draw this conclusion is hard for the rational mind to comprehend, my friends.

Quote of the Day
Let each citizen remember at the moment he is offering his vote that he is not making a present or a compliment to please an individual — or at least that he ought not so to do; but that he is executing one of the most solemn trusts in human society for which he is accountable to God and his country.
Today's Poll
The DOJ says roughly 20,000 California mail ballots likely came from noncitizens, and an appeals court refused to make the state set them aside. Should California have to verify those voters' citizenship before their ballots are counted?
Today's Toddcast
A lot of conservatives are frustrated with weak, uninspiring Republican candidates and courts that won't stop illegal ballots. I explain why you need to vote Republican anyway. We discuss on the Toddcast.
I also get into why there's no savior in politics, what a crying baby at 2 a.m. says about what we really believe, James Talarico's claim that being a white man limits his imagination, and why "choose for yourselves this day" applies to this election.
