Hillary Clinton Wants a Democratic Congress to Investigate Trump, His Administration and His Family

Hillary Clinton joins the other leftist lunatics who want Democrats to go after President Trump should they win control of the House or Senate — or both — after the midterms. She says a Democratic Congress is coming to "investigate him, his administration, his family."

This is quite literally the definition of lawfare.

As I've said countless times: it's wrong to target one's political adversaries, and it's wrong to refuse to pursue them when evidence indicates they need to be investigated.

But Hillary’s blanket strategy is clearly designed to target her political opponents.

How do I know this?

Simple.

First, look who is implicated here: everyone in Trump's universe.

Investigating people for crimes is a very specific thing that requires evidence and probable cause. Our criminal justice system requires, for example, that a grand jury or court find probable cause to indict or issue a search warrant.

It was set up this way deliberately.

The Founders knew powerful people often targeted their political adversaries throughout history.

And this is why, for example, they framed our government to have separate branches, and why people have the right to a trial by a jury of our peers. Each and every provision like those mentioned are designed to separate power and make political lawfare harder to achieve.

But it only works with a principled society.

And the truth is that many people on the left would happily target Trump, his family, his administration, and just about anyone who voted for him, because they believe in political retribution.

They'll even point to other cases of Democrats facing legal consequences as the rationale for wanting to target Trump.

But as usual, context is king.

Ilhan Omar is under federal investigation over whether immigration fraud played a part in her path to citizenship — and because there is reported evidence that she may have married her brother.

According to a New York Times report, Mary Peltola's campaign and other Democrats may have colluded to concoct a scheme to put a second Dan Sullivan on Alaska's Senate ballot as an attempt to trick voters into voting for the wrong candidate — which could help her in the midterm election. That’s why the Justice Department has launched a criminal investigation in her case.

I would never say every Democrat, Biden supporter, Obama administration official or Hillary voter needs to be investigated. That's not how these things work.

And we can't allow them to change the rules of the game if they should happen to win the House and/or the Senate in the 2026 midterms.

Obama Says Trump Is Targeting Ilhan Omar. The Probe Reportedly Started Under Obama.

Did you know that Ilhan Omar (reportedly born Ilhan Nur Said Elmi) was first investigated for possibly marrying her brother in an immigration fraud case under the Obama administration in 2016?

According to the New York Times — not a bastion of conservative commentary — the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security opened that probe in the summer of 2016. Then a US Attorney in Minnesota appointed by President Bribery pulled the plug on the investigation in 2021.

Trump's administration has reopened the probe. And Omar is in serious trouble.

Yet if you listen to the media and others on the left, they will swear to you that Trump is the one who targeted Omar.

Recently, Obama posted this on X:

"It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can't selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that's exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota."

The irony is that, according to published reports, Obama is the one who "targeted" Omar.

But no one on the left cares or even knows any of this.

They just heard Trump is targeting his political opponents — so it has to be true. I guess that means if you are a political opponent of Trump, you are insulated from facing any legal consequences of your actions.

This is what happens when people abandon truth and critical thinking: we lose the ability to even suggest we come together and reason with one another.

Federal prosecutors are running a criminal investigation into how a second candidate named Dan Sullivan ended up on Alaska's Senate ballot. We discuss on the Toddcast.

I also get into what the New York Times actually found, Mary Peltola's own words about misleading voters, what happened to the blue dog Democrats after 2010, and why you should vote Republican anyway on Tuesday.

RedState — the Bob Hoge report I read from on air, on how much more serious this ballot scheme just got.

Breitbart — the other piece I read from: the "ballot composition project," the campaign lawyers, and the operative pitching candidates over beers at brew pubs.

Read This Before You Buy Gold

Most people who want to own gold get stuck before they start. What should I buy? How much? Who can I trust? And who will buy it back when I need to sell? Trey Cox has been answering those questions as a coin dealer since 1990.

Trey runs American Rare Coin & Bullion, a walk-in shop in Beaumont, Texas, with phones answered 24 hours a day. His team has put together the ARC Wealth Builder Series: four professionally structured gold and silver portfolios. Even the first one gives you a real position in gold and silver, not just a coin or two, and the largest is built to hand down to your family.

The place to start is Trey's free Gold Guide. When you're ready to talk, a real person on his team asks what you're trying to protect and what you're comfortable investing. They explain your options in plain English, including the historic U.S. gold coins ARC specializes in, and help you pick the portfolio that fits, or tailor one to your budget.

And when it comes time to sell, ARC makes a two-way market. They buy back what they sell, and they'll make an offer on metals you bought elsewhere. “We don't believe the transaction is complete until you exit or transition into a final spot with your portfolio,” Trey says.

ARC has handled more than 76,000 transactions since 2008. It holds 4.9 stars on Google and an A+ rating with the BBB, and its owners are life members of the American Numismatic Association. One customer, Matt B., wrote that Trey “answered all my questions thoroughly and never rushed me.”
