The Department of Justice just announced charges against 12 people for election crimes. Eleven of them are noncitizens accused of voting illegally, and two have already pleaded guilty.

The twelfth is a postal worker in Utah accused of dumping about 300 mail-in ballots — you know, in the name of fair elections and democracy.

But something tells me none of this shocks you. And it shouldn’t.

I can already hear the response from the Left. “There were only 12 cases! That's not enough to make any difference in the outcome.”

Of course that’s true. But how much deeper does this problem run?

For years now, they've been telling us this never happens. And now we have a dozen people charged in a single announcement.

And mark my words: this is just the tip of the iceberg. There will be more of this. Potentially, much more. Imagine how much more of it we'd catch if every state actually had laws in place to ID people at the polls.

The level of stupidity required to believe that voter fraud never happens is unfathomable to me.

Is there enough of it to truly impact elections? Maybe. But the left doesn't even want us talking about it.

The election security steps outlined in the SAVE America Act would've been a great way to combat these crimes. But Democrats didn’t want to address it. I wonder why.

Most of these cases involve people who registered to vote illegally under their own names, so the paper trail is pretty straightforward.

This doesn't include the other shenanigans undoubtedly happening out there, like voting on a mail-in ballot that doesn't belong to you, or going to the polls in a state without voter ID and claiming to be another registered voter. Some of those crimes would be virtually impossible to prove.

And instead of trying to make these crimes more difficult, Democrats have decided they will keep creating opportunities for this type of fraud, undermining our elections and our right to self-governance.

The absolute insanity of all this is dumbfounding to people with a brain and even the slightest bit of common sense.

We are forced to decide if these folks are utterly incompetent, wildly naive, blissfully stupid or completely corrupt.

The Trump Administration has put an end to the absurd Title IX rule created by the Biden Administration. On Monday, the Department of Education formally rescinded Biden’s rule and restored the 2020 rule from President Trump's first term.

And it’s a victory for the good guys.

Biden and his team of social justice warriors rewrote the Title IX rules to essentially make sexual orientation and gender identity protected classes of people.

But Title IX was originally intended to prevent sex discrimination in education programs and activities that receive federal funding. In other words, Title IX was designed to protect things like women's sports.

Under the Biden Administration, Title IX was turned into a weapon against women, with his administration pushing to let transgender athletes take women's athletic opportunities.

Keep in mind, this is all courtesy of the party who claims you and I are waging a war on women!

Give me a break.

Everything these radical lunatics touch completely falls apart.

Fortunately, President Trump started undoing this nonsense on Day One of his second term, with an executive order recognizing two sexes. Within weeks, his Education Department went back to enforcing the 2020 rule, after a federal court struck down Biden's version.

And now the leftist lunatics have run out of appeals. Biden's rule is officially off the books.

Good.
